Over the last 30 years, I have built a vast toolbox of manual therapy, exercise prescription and functional cognitive therapy skills to address your individual needs, within a holistic, biopsychosocial framework.
I work closely with a wide network of other health professionals, such as medical specialists and allied health professionals, to ensure optimal multidisciplinary care.
Each physiotherapy session you attend is on a one-on-one basis - I only see one patient at a time - so you can be assured of a thorough initial assessment (60mins), after which we work together to devise a management plan and treatment tailored perfectly for you.

I have the skills and experience to diagnose and manage persistent pain, and I will liaise with other health professionals in the pain sphere to offer you the best treatments available.
I run two Pilates classes a week during school terms - one face-to-face class at West Lindfield, and one online via zoom.
These classes are mat-based using small equipment (bands, balls and rollers) and are limited to 10 participants.
All levels of fitness and abilities are catered for.
